There is a large kitchen/diner/living room by the front door and entrance hall with stairs leading up to the master bedroom.

Down the hallway are two double bedrooms, each of these 2 bedrooms have sliding doors out to their own garden spaces. The family bathroom is downstairs – bath, separate shower, basin and WC.

There is a 4th double bedroom which again has sliding doors to a private rear garden which catches the sun in the evenings. The room has an ensuite with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

In addition to downstairs is a utility room with washing machine, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances throughout – induction hob, dishwasher, combination steam oven, built-in coffee machine, microwave combination oven, larder freezer and fridge with water dispenser. There is also a waste disposal and a Quooker boiling water tap.

Upstairs is the mezzanine master suite, which has an ensuite with giant bath which is great for relaxing in the relative quiet, a large walk in shower, Japanese-style toilet and sink. Also an office area overlooking the garden with ethernet connection, twin monitor setup and a separate dressing room.
